While getting ready for our up coming Disney Trip I made sure to hit up the Dollar Store to grab a couple of must haves.
- Loofah's- Yes we all like to take our showers with these, so I picked up a 5 pack of minis for our trip.
- Clothes Pins- These are great to use on the clothes line in the shower for wet bathing suits, I also used the clothes pin to keep bag of chips closed ( I always order snack for the room!)
- Pop- up Hamper- All Disney Resorts have laundry facilities , we are extra lucky because our villa has one right in it, so I do laundry every night, (really not a big deal too me) it's so nice to go home with all clean clothes! The hamper is great because the dirtys get thrown right in there and don't get confused with the cleans.
Glow Sticks- I know I've mentioned this before ( here ) but those light up toys they sell at night are pretty pricey. We usually do end up buying for the kids but I'm not buying a new toy every night so I always make sure to have a new glow stick ready to pop out at parade time.
Ponchos- There is a good chance its going to rain in Disney and the ponchos they sell are pricey, if I can avoid spending money on them I try too. I plan on using these however to cover my city mini double in the event of rain (because I'm too cheap to order the rain cover!)
Stroller Cover- Same as above! This is a single one and I will use it for Gigi's stroller.
Activity books- My kids are learning to write letters in school so I figured they'd get a kick out of this Disney themed ABC writing book I found. It will be in their back pack of goodies on the plane.
Not pictured but purchased:
A night light ( a really cute Mickey Mouse one) Frankie has recently become afraid of the dark at night, so a cute 1$ nightlight seemed perfect for the room.
Candy- yes CANDY anything to bribe them with on the plane is OK by me.
Ziploc bags
I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting but that's a pretty good start! Is there anything you pick up at the dollar stuff before you travel?

Thanks for this list! we are going next month and I have been researching for MONTHS on what I should be packing ahead of time. I want to be completely prepared as we are going with a 17 month old (is that even possible?) but I don't want to over spend.
