And so it starts

On Monday I will be 33 weeks, I made it to last night with no visits to the hospital, thats a record for me!!! The reason I headed over to L&D, well heres a picture why
This was last night. The monitored me and baby looked good, my blood pressure was ok 127/81, so I was sent home and told to stay off my feet and drink a lot of water. Today I did just that, and well they didn't go down instead they got worse.
The left was this morning and the right is tonight. Needless to say I'm miserable =( None of my shoes fit and they hurt bad. I was pre eclampsia with Frankie but not with Ava. With Frankie this didn't start till 35 weeks, like I said Im still only in my 32th week, so I'm getting a little nervous. I'm off to bed, hopefully they look better in the morning.

Also my spell check isnt working for some reason, and I'm too tired and cranky to recheck this post, so I'm sorry for my bad grammar!

Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe

So I think I've mentioned once or twice how much I LOVE cooking with my crockpot, and now that I'm getting VERY pregnant and HUGE I love it even more!! This pregnancy is so different then my other 2, with Frankie it was just me and Frank so take out every night was fine, and with Ava it was still okay because Frankie was still eatting his bottle and baby food (hello Irish twins! lol). This time, not so easy, I actually have to cook healthy hearty meals for my children, so what better way then using the crockpot?! Now this is still my favorite Pot Roast Recipe but I really don't like the way it comes out when I add potatoes and carrots to it. So since I wanted this too be a one pot dinner (again, I'm tired and very pregnant, lol) I changed it up a bit and it was a HIT!! Both my Franks thought it was great and so did the lil lady and my Mom! SCORE!!!!
What you'll need:
Any kind of roast you like, this was a top eye round
Salt and Pepper
Bag of Baby Carrots
Whole bunch of small red potatos cut up in 4's
2 envelopes of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Box of Beef Broth

Instructions:
Throw everything in the crock pot, mix together, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Yep, oretty much that simple!!
If you think the broth will be too salty you can add some water ( I didnt)

Well there you have it, the results, well see for yourself
Nom Nom, soooo yummy!!!

Start of Summer = Sick Kiddos!!

I'd love to upload photos and type out posts for Stepping Out, 32 week bump update, 2 new recipes and a fun day at the zoo but I can't. I'm spent =(  I'm actually very lucky, my kiddos rarely get sick, but this weekend, not so much the case. Theyd be all sicky and miserable then in an instance running around and fine. Frankie has a horse voice and a cough, and we knew something was up because he asked to go home from the pool to nap!!! This NEVER happens. We were so focused on him , worried about him, then last night, Ava asked to go to bed early, but started stirring, and then it happened, 3 1/2 years of parenting under my belt and I finally got my first throw up experience. It was everywhere, in her hair, her pjs, her whole bed and all her 900 stuffies that she takes to bed, and "pinky" her lovie got it the worst. It was heartbreaking, all she kept saying was "I'm disgusting, I need bath" (which of course we stuck her right in) and "my mouth yucky". She also has 102.3 fever, my kids never run fevers, so again, a new experience. Frank got her out of the bath and cleaned up while I tried to completely disinfect the room and get a load of laundry on and bed sheets changed. Thank god Pinky washed nice, so after a whole spin cycle of sicky girl crying for him, she got a damp pinky, no time for dryer in the middle of the night with a miserable feeling 2 1/2 year old.  So tomorrow we wake up bright and early and head over to the pediatrician hopefully to find out whats going on with these sickos and get them better fast. This week was supposed to be hard core potty training week, but who knows now. Ok friends, well I'm off to bed, I've had a ton of pressure that Ive been trying to ignore and get threw while I played nurse this weekend, I have an appointment with my OB on Tuesday so we shall see whats going on!! Hoping to get a new post up tomorrow , I hope you all had a great weekend!

Our Dining Room

Time to link up again with Kelly's Korner to share with you our Dining Room. Click here to check out our bedroom and here for our kitchen, our living room can be found here!!  There really isn't much to see in this room, it's very tiny but has served us well over the past 6 years. This set is one of the first things we purchased for our home when we bought it and I love it. However, I am currently trying to sell it because when we move into our next home, I will need a larger set and actually plan on stealing taking my parents set! They have a more traditional dining room set that can fit a lot of people and after all my own little tribe is already going to be a family of 5! I'm also trying to sell my kitchen set. I'm hoping to use the money to purchase a new kitchen set and a desk (you'll see my current computer cabinet is located in the dining room, and while its served its purpose, I'm ready for it to go. So you if you know anyone looking for furniture in NY /NJ area point then this way, lol!! So far all the interest off of craigslist has been spam, so I'm getting a little discouraged =( I really want some fresh new furniture. So without further ado here is our dining room!
Here is our table, I love that I can make it round, I have a leaf that I can add to it that makes it oval and we use for parties and holidays. I also have the protective pads to put on it!
Our China Cabinet, all cleaned out just waiting to be bought =)
There is that computer cabinet I mentioned (I'm currently sitting at it typing this post on my Mac, hehe)
The walkway into our Galley Kitchen, phone and Easter pictures of the cuties.
Another shot of the table and chairs.

I cant wait to see what others link up and hope to get ideas for my future dining room!

In case you're interested, My Handbag Sale is going on here!

Summer Mornings

They are FINALLY here!! Sure 2 days a week Frankie still has services at 8:30am but other then that, we get to stay in our pjs and relax. Today was the first day in a longggggg time we didn't need to rush to wake up, shower, get dressed, eat breakfast and get out the door. We all cuddled on the couch in pjs, they watched Nick Jr, I drank a cup of coffee and browsed the Internets for a bit and it was glorious. Then when, and only when, I decided it was time to start the day, we did! and it was great. I still managed to get things done around the house, sell some items at the thrift shop, come home for an appointment, eat lunch and head to the pool for some swimming.
Things have been super crazy around this neck of the woods so it was nice to just chillax today, so much so that I plan to do it again tomorrow! After all only 8 more weeks till baby (at the longest!!!)
Happy Summer Everyone!

I found this gem on my husbands facebook account! I'm not positive but I'm sure a strong wind might of knocked me over here. I was definitely weighing in at under 100lbs when we met. Boy oh Boy times have changed!

Ah the good old days when my thighs actually didn't touch!

That's ok though, I'm cool with my weight (non preg of course), after all , I got most of it from housing these cuties!

Steppin Out

These are actually from Thursday from Frankie Stepping Up ceremony from Pre School. My Saturday outfit was quite boring consisting of simple cotton dress to run errands in and then sit by the side of the pool like a beached whale while the kiddos swam.
I didn't get a pic of just me somehow, so this will have to do!
:deets"
T-shirt- Motherhood
Skinny Jeans- Target (why YES I am rocking the MINT skinnys prego, quite proud of myself)
Sunny's- Forever21
Sandals- Steve Madden
Bracelets- Beach in Puerto Rico and wedding gift from the Hubs!

I seriously teared up when I compared this picture to these from the 1st day back in September!
I am so proud of all my lil man has accomplished this year. Most parents would look at this piece of artwork and say "how cute" and of course save in a box for the future (which I will to of course!) But I look at it and say WOW, my child started off the year with such sensory issues and is ending a year of school and services, letting his teacher paint his foot!! Anyone who knows about sensory issues knows that this right here is HUGE!
Our Family of 4, our days of pictures like this are fastly coming to an end (umm only 8 more weeks, holy scared! but that's for another post!)
My 3 Frank's, man oh man I love these guys! After the ceremony we went to breakfast and showered Frankie with presents that he so greatly earned this year!
Frankie and Uncle DonDon

 Hes still my baby!
Nana and her favorite guy!
My new Favorite Picture!

The pictures from the actual are adorable but because there is just no way to crop out all his class mates I cant share on here, but trust me they were cute!

We had a great Father's Day today celebrating with my Dad and Frank, the 2 best dads I know. I hope you all enjoyed yours day and weekend as well.

Our Bedroom

Linking up again this week with kelly's korner to share our bedroom with you =) You can check out our kitchen here and our living room here !
As I've mentioned before we live in a town house so our rooms aren't all that big, however we knew this wasn't our "forever" home, so when we got our bedroom furniture when we were married, we picked our hopefully "forever" set and accepted the fact it would be tight for a few years. I can not wait to set up our bedroom in our future home! But for now, here is what it looks like!
View from our bedroom door
and I just realized one of the fan lights is out! lol Have to go change that after this post.
I love our bed but its pretty high, as this pregnancy is making me bigger, I think I will be needing a step stool soon =)
This is my hubby's armoire, which I Love but I wish it wasn't one piece. I wish it had come in two pieces, it was extremely difficult to get it up our stairs and I'm dreading getting it down when we move.
A few of our windows from standing in front of our closet.
I love this saying!
(excuse the bag on my bed, lol) view of my dresser, OMG I hate having the TV there but there just wasn't any other place for it, in our next bedroom its getting hung on the wall.
Pretty detail of the design on our furniture.
Well there you have it, not much to see!
I cant wait to browse the other bedrooms in the link up and hopefully get some inspiration.
