No more nurseries!

Well sort of! I mentioned the other day , we are busy cleaning out the kids room to get their big boy and girl beds. Where Frankie's room will officially be a big boy room Ava's will still be part nursery since here and baby sister will be sharing a room (unless we can sell this house!). I decided to take some pictures of their cleaned out rooms to show you guys a before picture before we redo them this weekend! So here goes:
you see that empty space in the corner under the picture (where the anywhere chair is) that's where Ava's twin bed is going!

The bow holder I made =)

We had to move the 2 dressers next to each other, not ideal but works for now.

View from the door, I'm going to need new window treatments, those valances went with Ava's crib bedding set.

View from in front of windows looking out.

Ava's clothes up top and baby girls start of a collection on the bottom, also moved Ava's toys to the bottom of the closet too.

Hooks behind door for Ava's jackets

Poor baby girl, I only managed to clean out 2 drawers for her!! Going to have to work on this!!

Baskets I had for Ava's room from Home Goods, not crazy about color now so we are going to have to spray paint them.

Ava's new twin quilt!! Baby girl has the crib set to match!!

Frankie's crib that we will convert into a full size

It's going to go right under that window on the right.

His furniture next too each other as well. Check out all his new pillows!!

Toy storage!

Frankie's closet with toys on bottom!

That's his bedding in those bags!! Pottery Barn Sports Varsity!

Oh and these, these are the winning Mega tickets, oh what you thought you were going to win?? no no sorry its me!! Better luck next time =)

Well there you have it, can't wait to show you guys how the rooms turn out!
Have a great weekend everyone =)

  2. We just moved and are in the process of decorating my boys' room. My 2 and 4 year old will share a room and baby #3 {due in may} will have his own room for now. It's hard trying to figure out where everything should go. I love PB bedding sets. One day I want to major league stuff for my boys, maybe when they move up to bunk beds:)) Can't wait to see when it;s all done. Have a great weekend!!

  3. These rooms are adorable. I know it must be hard to see your little ones make that big change. But I love the photos you posted of the new beds on twitter today!!
