oh Hi remember me?!

Just a fast hello during my bloggy break. We had a great Christmas and enjoying our week off together, Frank rarely gets vacation time like this so I am cherishing this time together as a family. I hope you are all enjoying the season and I look forward to get back to regular posting next week. I have some great pictures from the holidays. This week I'm trying to figure out my new lens for my Canon and playing around with my ipad. Catch ya on the flip side loves!

As good as it gets this year for professional Christmas pictures, the toddlers just werent into it!

Easy Peasy Chicken Soup!

My little Frankie seems to have a cold and has been very mushy today. He came over to me before and said "Mommy I'm sad" (which broke my heart) when I asked him what was wrong he said "I don't feel good" as the nose was running badly =( So between that and the extremely cold temperature I knew it was the perfect time to make a big batch of Chicken Soup!

What you'll need:
2 or 3 split chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
Soup Vegetables (I'm sure lazy and buy the already chopped up package at my local store which includes:
Onions, potatoes, turnip, carrots, celery, parsley and whatever else you like
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup small pasta, I used orzo
grated cheese

Place your chicken in the bottom of a big pot and cover with water, add salt/pepper
Bring to a boil
Once water is boiling turn down to a simmer and skim top of pot to remove fat
Add cup up veggies, raise heat slightly
Let cook until veggies are tender, then remove chicken from pot.
Remove skin from chicken and cut into bite size pieces, add back to soup.
Add bouillon cube and bring to a boil
Then add cup of pasta and stir frequently.
Once pasta is cooked , reduce heat to simmer, serve or continue to heat.
Once in bowl serve with grated cheese and crusty bread

It is seriously so yummy and delish, only takes about an hour to make!

I think my patient enjoyed his soup!!

Well that's it, short and simple and shockingly enough to anyone who knows me there are no handbags on this list!! I think my hubby kinda outdid himself with 2 Louis Vuittons this summer!!

but I'm pretty sure that might have to wait to Valentines Day, Santa might of emptied the bank account out on 2 little kiddos! Until then I'll have to continue sneaking Hubby's out of his work bag, hehe!!

Visits with Santa!

So every year since Frankie was born I take the kiddies to the Santa in the mall. No different this year, I was so excited when I got there because there was no line. Frankie was so excited and ran right over, Ava, not so much. She was crying but I will still handing her over to Santa because hey I'm that mean mom who didn't care if my kid was crying in pic. Well as I handed her over to Santa she accidentally kicked him in a spot where Santa or any man doesn't want to be kicked. Santa must of had a fight with Mrs. Clause that morning because the way he yelled at my baby girl was not cool. There for no mall Santa pic this year.

We did however get some shots at A breakfast and Santa Frankie's school had and then some more on our Disney trip. Here they are!

So thank God we had her family party yesterday because today I had to bring her to the Dr. She woke up with a terrible cough and a bloody nose, my poor baby. I will keep this short and sweet so I can get back to my sicky baby! Here are some pictures for you =)

Hi friends, tiny favor for you, I was wondering if you haven't already done so, could I get a "like" on facebook ? pleaseeee =)  I'm thinking that when I get 100 likes a giveaway might be needed!
So I'm quite proud of myself, all of our vacation laundry is washed and put away and the suitcases have been put away. That is quite a record for me. This might be because we are having family over to celebrate Ava's 2nd birthday , you know because the huge bash last month and the Disney trip wasn't enough, hehe! The girlys obsessed with puppies, so this small house party is a "puppy theme". And until I get my Disney post up here a few pictures to give you a little preview

2, she's 2 how can that be? I dislike this very much. This post should of been on Monday but we were too busy celebrating this amazing little girls birthday in the happiest place on earth, Disney World!! This is for you my princess!

The first time I held you baby girl

I kissed that face about a zillion times when they cam you to me

I swear didn't we just celebrate your 1st birthday?

Your huge brown eyes suck me in, swoon

and now you are 2!!! Way to fast for Momma

My sweet little princess, you may be 2 now but you are still our baby. I don't think you will ever realize how grateful we were when we found out you were coming. You are truly the best thing to ever happen to Daddy, Mommy and big bro Frankie. You were a true gift from God. From the moment you were born you have been such a good sister. You were a only 4 days old but knew that mommy and daddy needed to be extra attentive to Frankie because of his surgery, you were an absolute angel, the best new born any momma could ask for. You have continued to be such a great sister to your brother, you are truly his best friend, you give him that extra push he needs and he loves you so very much. I pray that you 2 will always have this special bond and that nothing and no one ever breaks that.

You are the most persistent child I have ever met. You don't stop until you accomplish what you want. Everyone knows you are a warrior, I mean You have surgery and that same day you are up and running like nothing happen.

Your vocabulary blows my mind.We call you "the parrot" because you repeat everything these days.

You love to play with snap beads, puzzles, coloring, and your stuffies.

You love to give kisses, especially big wet ones ( I don't think this makes Daddy too happy)

You are truly a girls girl and love all things princess. You currently have me putting on Tangled daily. You love your pretty (jewelry) and are obsessed with shoes.

You do like to get rough and tough though and bang around Frankie's cars.

You love your puppies so much and get so excited to "do nice" (pet) them.

You are a go getter little girl, I know you are only 2 but I tell already, no one is going to get the best of you.

You currently are in a "shy" phase and clam up when we leave the home, I have a feeling this is only a phase though, although I must admit, part of me secretly loves how attached you are to your momma.
