So in love

yesterday I was laying on the couch watching my kids play and suddenly all the things I was stressing over just seemed to float away. I could spend hours every day wondering how we are going to pay for Ava's surgery, when to try and sell the house again, my broken phone, and the list goes on and on.  But then in a simple moment those playing kids jump on the couch and give me hugs and kisses and I'm reminded just how truly blessed I am, and just how much I'm totally in love with those little munchkins.  I think we all need to just slow down and remember just how blessed we are sometimes.  So followers take a moment today, and forget about all that stress and look for the wonderful in your life, because its there xoxo

(p.s. this picture was taken when I was pregnant with Ava, swoon, one of my faves!)

  1. It's so easy to lose perspective, and so hard to have something nudge you to get it back.

Glad you are in a happy place again.

  2. The kids do put a smile on your face and warm your heart, melt away the worries and make a fresh start!
Oh my, that rhymed and I did not mean it too, lol. Well hugs to you all. Things will work out. I am a firm believer in you are only given what you can handle (even when you think you really can't)XOXO

  4. I couldn't agree more. There are some things we are worry about it these days but when we look at our boys all the worries go away for awhile.

  5. I really love moments that bring you right into the present…any time my husband and daughter have a bonding moment, everything else in the world diminishes and I look at the two people I love more than anyone else and am immediately in awe. :)

  7. Those moments are the best. I understand that list in your head completely. This seems like the week that list has swelled for us. But in the end it all works out and those blissful moments with our children are once in a lifetime opportunities.
