Um excuse the "a duh" look on my face, Hubby snaps way too fast!

How big is baby:  Baby is the size of a acorn squash

Total weight gain: 19 pounds, oh boy!

Sleep: So now instead of just being simply uncomfy, lil miss decided to rest on my bladder at night, I get up at least 4/ 5 times to pee! Fun times!

Best moment of the week: Picking up some more stuff for baby girl, it's getting very real!

Food Cravings:  Nachos!!! and anything fried , yum-O!

Food Aversions:Nothing really

Symptom's: Contractions have kept up, I noticed they start at night, I guess I'm doing too much during the day. I'm going to talk to the Dr about it at this weeks appointment.

Gender: GIRL!

What I'm looking forward too: School is almost finished for the year and I get my Frankie back to myself everyday!! I luvvvvv that boy =)

What I miss:  Not being off balance! I'm seriously all belly.

Next Appointment: Tomorrow with my Peri!
( I failed my 1hr glucose test , uggg, so the 3 hour is being done this week, my blood work also showed that my red blood cell count and hemoglobin was very low, so the Peri told us he wanted to talk to us on Tuesdays appointment about a new treatment plan for me)

Hubby took this from the back, I don't really think you can tell I'm as big as I am from the back, but maybe that's just wishful thinking?? What do you guys think?

Steppin' Out 6.02.12

I feel like it's getting harder and harder to dress this big old belly cute!! Maternity clothes can be so blah and fuddy duddy. Sure there are some great designer maternity clothes out there, but for a SAHM to 2 toddlers, baby on the way, and currently trying to sell/ purchase a new home, I don't have the $$$ to spend on them!
Here's the Deets on this Saturdays look:
Shirt- Old Navy (going back for another color!)
Shorts- Old Navy Maternity (co comfy!)
Sunny's- Gucci
Bag- My beloved LV Neverfull, you'd never know how many others I own because this one seriously just rocks my socks!

My cute new sandals from Forever21 ($7.00, Holler!!!) peeking out under that huge 29 week belly!!
Love them , but man did they take a long time to get on and off!!
Bracelet Cuff- Forever 21

We spent this Saturday running tons of errands, picking up a few more things for Baby Girl on the way, Lunch at the Outback, Ice Cream at Carvel, and a quick dip in the pool for the kiddos!!  All in all a great day. Today, what we should do is start / continue to clean out the clutter in this house, figure out what to pack/ donate/ trash, but instead we will probably let it go again, and take the kids back to the pool and make a Target run for Momma!!
I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend's!

A look at our Living Room

Friday, June 1, 2012

Welcome to our Living ( family room, play room, rec room, EVERYTHING room!) Room!! I'm linking up today with Kelly's Korner in her "Show us your Life series" . As many of you know we live in one of the 5 boroughs of NYC and real estate here is expensive to say the least. When we were planning our wedding almost 7 years ago we decided we wanted to purchase our first home before the wedding. So young and SO silly!! We bought at the worst time, rates were at an all time high and so were housing prices, oh well, you cant change the past and we are extremely lucky to have a roof over our head. Our house is not in it's usual condition as we are planning to move in the very near future, even hoping before Baby Girl comes, if not soon after. So here is a peak at our current living room and hopefully in a few months or within the next year I can share a new one with you.
This is the view from our dining area. I hate the way there sofas photographed. They are "well loved" but do not look that bad in real life. They are from raymour and flanigan, and as much as I'd love to toss them when we move, Hubby says NO (lol) so they most likely be in the one of the rooms of our new home (which is required to have a living room and family room, hehe!)

Hidden in the left hand corner, is Diaper Supplies ( will they ever potty train??, and 2 of Ava's favorite toys, her car garage and doll house)
In the right hand corner is a HUGE basket filled with toys that I got at home goods and some other favorites. I can not wait to have a "toy free" living area again.
These couches are HUGE, which I hate and love all at the same time. They are extremely comfy and we all fit well as a family on them.
We have the TV on the wall and the Fireplace/ TV stand is from Home Depot, something I'd love to get rid of and most likely will! And of course pictures of my Lovies!
This is our little hall way to our Kitchen and Stairs. In only a month, I see a baby swing and pack and play taking over this space once again.

All in all I think for having 2 toddlers in a small NYC town house I do a pretty good job of keeping it organized and neat. We did used to have hand me down end tables and a coffee table, but when the kiddos came we did away with them to make more space. I'm really looking forward to seeing others living rooms as I am excited to be able to start fresh and design an Adult Themed Living Area in the next home.

A vote for making it work in a small space?
